Second Sunday of most months, meeting for business begins at 10:30 a.m., following a short meeting for worship.
Third Sunday of most months, discussion hour begins after worship, at about 11:45.
Fourth Sunday of every month, the children’s program starts at 10:00 a.m. and potluck lunch follows worship. Open house and special events each month celebrate the 140th anniversary of our building through April 2026.

Friends Performance Series Join us on 4th Sundays in January, February, and March 2026 for a diverse and dynamic slate of performers as part of a yearlong celebration of the 140th anniversary of the oldest Quaker meeting house west of Iowa.
140th Anniversary Join us every month on 4th Sundays for open house, potluck meal, and special events (details below) to celebrate the 140th anniversary of our historic Friends (Quaker) meeting house, the oldest west of Iowa.
Friendship Festival 2025 Join San Jose Friends Meeting Sunday July 27, 2025, 12-3:30 PM for a celebration of the 140th anniversary of the oldest Quaker meeting house in the West and in honor of the U.N. International Day of Friendship. Free admission.
